Registered Graduate Enrolment Portal

Enrol as a Registered Graduate: confirm eligibility, complete the form, and prepare for Senate elections.

Who may apply

The same form is used for department, institute, and affiliated-college graduates.

  1. 01

    Already a Registered Graduate

    Enter your RG ID along with either NID number or Date of Birth to load the record. Missing fields can be completed later.

  2. 02

    Not yet enrolled

    Complete the enrolment form. A DU registration number is optional but can make the verification faster (Applicable after 2010).

  3. 03

    No ID at hand

    Fill up a full form for office scrutiny. Payment waits until that scrutiny is done.

Eligibility

Both rules apply when university records are loaded with a registration number.

  1. 1. Duration of the Degree

    The degree programme duration must be at least one year.

  2. 2. Completion of the Graduate

    The duration of the result published date must be at least three years before 30/06/2026.

How to apply

Membership fees: session Taka 1,000 (three years), or lifetime Taka 2,500.

    Mobile number, OTP, then sign in.

    Registered Graduate (RG) status

    Say whether you already have an Registered Graduate (RG) ID.

    Identification

    Registered Graduate (RG) ID for members, or an optional DU registration number for new applicants.

    Eligibility

    A match pre-fills Appendix A and applies the two rules.

    Enrolment form

    Check auto-filled fields, or complete the form for office scrutiny.

    MembershipOptional

    Session Taka 1,000 for three years, or lifetime Taka 2,500.
